How do I return or exchange an item?

  1. Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip (Don't Have it? Download the printable version below).
  2. Securely pack the items you're returning and include the completed return form in the package.
  3. Bring the package to a shipping carrier of your choice, add postage, and send to:
