Yes. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for returns/exchanges. There is no additional shipping cost on any replacement items sent to you as part of an exchange.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the reason for your return/exchange is due to Happy Chef's error (damaged/defective merchandise, incorrect item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In that event, please contact Customer Service to request a prepaid return label.
