Why can't I find my order in my order history?

If you are logged into your account but do not see an order in your history, it is very likely that you placed that order using Guest checkout.  Orders placed as a Guest are not linked to your online account, even if your account was created before order placement.

If you do not see your order in your account history, then follow these steps to look up your order:

  1. Log out of your online account
  2. Go to our order status page
  3. Submit the order lookup form with your information
